At Ehan Links, we provide digital SEO services, including guest posting, link building, and content publishing. Since these are non-tangible and permanent services, all payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

By purchasing any service from us, you agree to this refund policy and understand the conditions mentioned below.

Non-Refundable Services

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Once a guest post or backlink has been published

  • After live links are delivered

  • For issues related to:

    • Website uptime or availability

    • Page indexing in search engines

    • Third-party comments or external edits

    • Content style, formatting, or placement

    • Website design or layout differences

These factors depend on external platforms and cannot be guaranteed, so refunds are not applicable.

Money-Back Guarantee (Limited Cases)

You are eligible for a full refund (excluding payment gateway charges) only if:

  • We are unable to publish your article on the requested publisher sites

In such cases, you will have the option to:

  • ✔ Get a full refund, OR

  • ✔ Replace with similar websites, OR

  • ✔ Receive credit in your Ehan Links wallet for future use

The final decision will always be yours.


Refund During Content Writing Stage

If you request a refund while your article is:

  • In writing process, OR

  • Under review/editing stage

Then:

  • You are eligible for a 50% refund

  • You will still receive the completed article

  • You can request revisions if needed

  • You retain full rights to use the content

This is because we pre-pay our writers once the order is placed.

Refund During Publishing Stage

Refund requests will be rejected if:

  • The article is already in the publishing process

  • The post has been submitted to publishers

Publishing cannot be stopped midway, and costs are already incurred.

Important: Always review your content carefully before approving for publishing.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours

  • Approved refunds are processed as follows:

Payment Method Timeline:

  • Card Payments: 5–10 working days

  • PayPal Balance: Instant after processing

  • Bank/Card via PayPal: 5+ working days (depends on bank)

Refunds are always sent to the original payment method.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Provide the following details:

    • Order number

    • Registered email address

    • Reason for refund request

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
